RESIDENT SOCIAL WORKER – Barrett Town
The Resident Social Worker is responsible for the organizing, coordinating and supervising of the whole admission process and welfare of the participants of the association with a right based and deinstitutionalized approach. He or she serves as the main liaison with the local governance agency and is the point of reference with respect to child protection at the village level. The Social Worker is also responsible for the overall management of the village in the absence of the Village Director.
Required qualifications & experience
Minimum 3 years of direct working experience in similar field, university degree in Social Work
Experience in applying case management procedures, including social work methods and practices in the work with children and families.
