RECEPTIONIST/TELEPHONE OPERATOR
We are seeking a client-driven individual to fill the position of Receptionist/Telephone Operator. The Receptionist/Telephone Operator is the primary interface between internal and external customers. The incumbent receives calls, greets visitors, and provide administrative support across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
1. Make, receive & direct telephone calls, take messages, log phone calls etc.
2. Assisting customers on the phone by providing price.
3. Log & issue cheques.
4. Maintaining filing and retrieval system.
5. Clerical duties including data entry.
6. Greeting, receiving and directing visitors.
7. Managing mail, recording and issuing.
7. All other task assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least five CXC subjects including mathematics and English language.
2. At least four years’ experience in a similar position.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Positive attitude.
