QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR 

• KEY DUTIES   A.   KEY DUTIES   Ensures the Food Safety Management system is kept current by frequent review and requests for changes. Ensure that all quality measures, KPI (key performance indicator) charts are provided on time – Non Conformances and Customer Complaint (trend and analysis) Investigate customer complaints, recommend corrective action and conduct related employee awareness training sessions. Consolidate all outstanding corrective action requests and prepare monthly summary report Review and verify the effectiveness of Corrective Action Request. Carry out independent monthly line audits to ensure operational compliance with approved procedures. Ensure calibration of all Laboratory equipment in accordance to procedure. Ensure the procedures for external verification of water and products are adhered to.  Ensure adequate supply of laboratory chemicals and apparatus. Supervise Quality Line Inspectors to ensure that their job functions are efficiently and effectively performed. Convenes weekly meetings with the Quality Line Inspectors to review process issues, root cause analysis and provide technical support and leadership. Liaises with Sales & Marketing to identify quality related issues experienced in the trade. Ensure that the highest standard of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Food Safety Practices are observed. Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in coordinating and conducting training for Quality Line Inspectors, Production Staff and Warehouse Staff. Perform other related duties as required by the job function Ensure 100% of Human Resources Policies and Procedures Ensure 100% compliance with HSE guidelines and processes Ensure 100% compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards
