Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Procurement & Warehouse Management:
    • Assist with the procurement and inventory management of materials, ensuring timely order placement, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to verify product availability, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Customs Clearance & Licensing Support:
    • Assist with the customs clearance process, including preparing necessary documentation, liaising with customs authorities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Support the application and renewal of related permits and licenses.
  • Invoice & Payment Management:
    • Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including reconciling invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
    • Assist in the preparation of expense reports for budget tracking and approvals.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain and update relevant purchasing and inventory records, ensuring documentation is accurate and filed according to company procedures.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and expenditures.
    • Respond to inquiries from internal teams and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and fostering strong relationships.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects related to purchasing, logistics, or inventory management as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Practical, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
