Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building complexes and construction developments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth property operations, enhance tenant satisfaction, oversee construction development and manage assets effectively to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, security and tenant relations.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to ensure efficient operations and optimal asset performance.
  • Manage leasing activities, including tenant onboarding, lease renewals and terminations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial targets.
  • Ensure all properties comply with relevant health, safety and regulatory standards.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  • Oersee new construction developments by liaising with project teams and ensuring operational readiness within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property management, with expertise in handling building complexes and/or construction developments.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and expense management.
  • Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
