The Property Manager is responsible for managing all real estate buildings leased by clients and lands within the business portfolio
The role of the Property Manager’s primarly consists of managing the properties in accordance with the standards as specified in the relevant Lease Agreements. The PM is also responsible for assisting with but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, assisting with filling vacancies, overseeing security and janitorial services and other property administration matters as well as rent collection activities, overseeing tenant account queries. You will use strong organizational and excellent management skills to support the management team for all aspects relating to property administration, tenant relations and engagement with external stakeholders.

Requirements:-
Experience in property management/real estate industry.
Background in office management
Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Understanding of mall management, operations and associated policies and procedures
