Promotions Coordinator – Marketing

The position requires the incumbent to organize advertising and promotions for all the Company’s brands. He/She will coordinate scheduling and promotions to ensure client satisfaction and project completion whilst maintaining client relationships. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This a 6-month contract position.

 SOME KEY DUTIES

• Coordinate with store managers to set up events and ensuring that those events go smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with in-store staff to ensure that displays and all required equipment are properly set up and replace as needed.
• Supervise a team of employees at an assigned retail location, including cashiers, inventory clerks, merchandising managers, marketing specialists and loss prevention specialists.
• Develop and maintain promotional calendars for in-store activities.
• Provide written reports on the outcome of all promotions.
• Adherence to the Company’s established good manufacturing practices (GMPs), Food Safety and Quality requirements.
• Actively promote, support and comply with Kiss Baking Company Limited’s established Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and industry best practices;
  • Perform other related duties as required by the job function.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of Communications and Public Relations
• A university degree and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a marketing and advertising environment.
• Competency in MS Office – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Possess a reliable working vehicle
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
