At least 2 years of experience in the above-mentioned or a similar role
Minimum of 3 CXC O’ Level passes, including Mathematics and English
Diploma in Project Management or similar
Certificate in Computer Literacy
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Willing and able to be on-call 24/7- accessible for work when contacted
Ability to exercise individual judgement and initiatives in conducting operations and on-site presentations with diverse groups and individuals
Knowledge of the Entertainment industry as well as the construction sector will be an asset
Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) guidelines
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports when necessary
Conduct the full Project Lifecycle for all existing and new projects, consisting of the following:
Attend clientele meetings with or on behalf of the Managing Director
Liaise with customers or clients to determine job requirements
Prepare proposals and tenders
Assist with assigning duties, responsibilities and spans of authority to project personnel
Establish and execute a project communication plan
Provide guidance with handling complex problems, complaints and enquiries that may arise
Understand and comply with all policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
Conduct site visits to determine job requirements, as well as attending clientele meetings and generating proposals
Assist with assigning responsibilities to project personnel and developing a project communication plan
Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to manager immediately
Supervise the work of technical staff to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope (quality standards, proper procedures, customer service) and completion by deadlines
Contribute to project plans by including information such as equipment, systems, specifications, and schedules
Request equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure availability
Ensure the services are provided in a safe, clean and hazard-free environment, adhering to HSSE standards
Assist employees with set-ups and guidance where possible
Responsible for developing a detailed understanding of our products and services under each division and update job knowledge with a consultative sales approach
Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for Sales growth.
Setting and achieving sales targets.
Conduct ‘on the road’ customers visits for sales and marketing of products
Conduct site visits to understand customer’s requirements for project implementation
Prepare sales and projects quotations for goods and services for all divisions
Customer Service
Work with the technical team to conduct demos and presentations involving products and services
Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; determine system improvements and implement change
Liaise with customers in relation to projects, invoices, prices, queries
Maintain good relationships with all customers
Review the performance of assigned tasks/ projects, liaise with your direct Manager to resolve any anomalies
Reporting
Preparation of weekly and/or monthly reports for your department / assignments
Preparation of action plans, budgets and reports
Prepare a weekly sales report on actual sales vs budget
Regularly update your manager on projects
Other
Assist with any other tasks assigned or required by the CEO or management
