Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our renovation project in Jamaica. The selected candidate will oversee construction projects, working with both internal teams and external personnel to ensure the successful execution of our vision while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict compliance with the company's established standards throughout all projects.
  • Manage and control the budget assigned to the department.
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize all work related to new projects and renovations.
  • Design detailed project plans and supervise their implementation.
  • Ensure all projects are executed within the approved budget.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status and progress of ongoing projects.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Oversee and ensure proper execution of all work carried out.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.  Masters Degree an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of various technical construction processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with control and reporting tools.
  • Proven supervisory and monitoring abilities.
  • A responsible, solution-oriented, adaptable, and proactive individual.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
