PROJECT MANAGER

We are searching for a candidate to join our team working primarily in Barbados. Our firm is a small firm that works directly for our clients and looking after their interest. We coordinate with other consultants and liaise with the contractor while the project is progressing. We work on the projects from design and continue into construction to see the project completed.

The successful candidate will possess at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field and at least five (5) years’ experience. 

Duties will include:

• Review drawings
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants
• Make daily site visits
• Conduct meetings and write minutes
• Issue project reports
• Review project schedules and procurement schedules
• Highlight potential issues on site
• Manage risk towards project
• Reviewing works on site and ensuring work is done to acceptable standards

Applicant must be proficient in –

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Powerpoint

Applicants must also possess a current driver’s license.
