Responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of a project throughout its lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. They play a crucial role in coordinating schedules, tracking project progress, and implementing effective project control measures

Project Control Manager (Onsite)

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Budget Management: responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying potential cost overruns or deviations from the allocated budget.
  2. Schedule Coordination: play a vital role in coordinating project schedules, ensuring that tasks and activities are properly sequenced and completed on time
  3. Quality Assurance: involve in implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards
  4. Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes
  5. Reporting and Documentation: generate and maintain project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and risk assessments. They also maintain documentation related to project activities and decisions
  6. Work collaboratively with customer to resolve all risks and current issues in customer networks. Plans and schedule preventative maintenance activities with Customer operations teams.

We are seeking for candidates with below skills and background

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Telecommunication background is a plus
Delivery Quality Assurance Engineer (Onsite)
Key responsibilities include:
  • Quality Management: Management and coordination of activities related to the quality & control process that are involved in the performance of projects (Design engineer document, delivery of materials, verification and update of Standard Operating Procedure
  • Planning and coordination of trainings and certifications of cooperators/outsourcing Site supervisors and Site Engineers before the implementation, plan and execution of spot-check to verify the key control points previously established by the organization in order to detect common failures during the project delivery phase
  • Develop continuous improvement plans based on the common failures and the voice of customer, prepare and provide training material according to the project scope of work, Execution of quality management system in the main business of the organization (Carrier BG and Enterprise BG) to guarantee customer satisfaction and the success of the process implemented,
  • Develop periodical Quality reports to show the progress of quality activities, issues, action plans.
  • Risk recognition and assessment, define objective together with the top management of the organization in order to start to develop plans and programs to achieve those objectives in a timeline established.
  • Identify together with the legal department all the requirements necessary in accordance to the local law and others if apply.
  • Implement operational controls during the activities to guarantee the execution in a safety environment. Implement emergency plans and procedures, communicate to the organization and guarantee the improvement of EHS culture.
  • Organize and control all the records to be every time ready to the internal or external audit.

Requirement and Qualification

  1. Knowledge in hardware installation basic rules such as Sealing, cabling, Labeling.
  2. Experience in telecom product lines such as Wireless, Transmission, Core network, Datacom, enterprise, others.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in site supervision.
  4. Installation and Supervision of Equipment for GSM, UMTS and LTE
  5. Experiences with telecom Equipment
  6. Be available for working Overtime.
  7. Good Knowledge in Troubleshooting.
  8. Experience executing Quality Control Process.
  9. Good communication skills.
  10. Be able to travel to other countries.
  11. Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  12. Excellent Time Management Skillls

 

Core Network Engineer (Onsite) 

Key Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Serve as the primary technical engineer for core network delivery, handling both onsite and remote delivery of diverse projects such as CS&IMS/PS/5G/HSS/PCRF/DRA. This includes overseeing network design, installation, and deployment, managing interconnection commissioning, and orchestrating cutover, upgrade, and capacity expansion initiatives.
  2. Oversee communication assurance for significant events, ensuring seamless data and voice services.
  3. Engage closely with customers throughout the project delivery phase, guaranteeing successful completion and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Business Skills Requirements:

  1. Develop and maintain effective communication with entry-level customers, discussing technical solutions, project timelines, and updates to foster support and acknowledgement.
  2. Accurately interpret and manage customer needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  3. Anticipate technical risks associated with the product family, including delivery strategies, technical solutions, cybersecurity, and bidding precautions, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Identify and resolve technical issues, drafting solution proposals, overseeing design reviews, monitoring on-site construction, ensuring compliance with process specifications by partners, and tracking project progress.
  5. Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the telecom or IT industry, with a comprehensive understanding of core network, IP, network management, operating systems, databases, cloud services, virtualization, middleware, etc.

Professional Knowledge and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrable knowledge of CS, IMS, NGN, HSS, PCRF, PS, NFV, and IT products across vendors, with a preference for candidates with experience in developing, testing, and managing core network products such as NFVI, MANO, CS/PS, and 5GC.
  2. Solid understanding of call signaling, the evolution of network architecture, and the design and commissioning of datacom networks.
  3. Proficiency in IT system architecture and Internet system design and operations.
  4. Foundational knowledge in the design, integration, and principles of public, private, or hybrid cloud networks.
