The role involves monitoring and controlling all production and warehouse material movement via material requisitions and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Collaborate with the production planning team on the production schedule and create the material requisition document.
Verify that the correct material quantities are being transferred to production as per the product requisition.
For daily returns from production, verify the quantities per material and create the material return document.
Contributes to the orderly operation of the material staging area.
Perform stock count of staging area, in preparation for month end stock reconciliations.
Participate in material reconciliation stock checks as required.
Perform system entries aligned to material transfers.
Perform other duties related to the job function as required.
Education/Qualification
• Five (5) O’Level passes, including English and Mathematics.
• Previous stock or inventory experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office tools
Skills/Experience
• Organizational skills
• Ability to read & analyze information
• Excellent time management
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Licensed to drive Forklift
