JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Develop and implement a proactive training process for team members to address product knowledge, application usability, new product introductions and soft skills development.
  • Establish individual and team performance goals in terms of revenue, gross profit and opportunity development.
  • Understand the competitors and their market position.
  • Review sales orders and commission calculations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Coordinate sales activities with major account management and appropriate major account representatives to minimize conflict in coverage, strategies or offers.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements with operations management team to ensure achievement of overall company financial goals.
  • Actively participate in customer collection activities and resolve customer disputes in a equitable and timely manner.
  • Manage Service DCAL, establish strategies to achieve company target, communicate with sales and service operations team and provide reports to upper management.
  • Participate in customer complaint management process.
  • Maintain direct long term, value added relationship with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSc in Business, Engineering or Marketing
  • At least ten (10) years work experience in Service Sales in the construction and Energy industry.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience of supervisory level in a similar type organization.
  • Technical knowledge of Caterpillar products.
  • Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSSE.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
