Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between product development and the market, ensuring our products are positioned for success. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance product visibility, drive adoption, and communicate value propositions to target audiences. The role involves working cross-functionally with product, sales, creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies and activations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
- 5 – 7 years in product marketing, with experience in lifecycle management, preferably within tech or service-driven industries.
- Proven track record in leading and developing successful go-to-market campaigns and product launches.
- Knowledge of all Yello Media Group products and services.
- Product Management certification.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, marketing ai and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple groups, including internal resources and external professional service providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify target audience segments and develop buyer personas.
- Provide insights on market demands, competitive advantages, and emerging opportunities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Define and communicate the unique value propositions for each product, ensuring alignment with target market needs.
- Develop messaging that effectively differentiates products in the market and resonates with target audiences.
- Create and maintain a consistent tone and voice for product messaging across all marketing materials.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product launch.
- Identify and manage product launch timelines, deliverables, and marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and sales.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and sales tools that help the sales team communicate the product’s value effectively.
- Create and distribute product information, feature sheets, and competitive analysis resources for internal use.
- Conduct product training sessions and support the sales team with product-related inquiries.
Marketing Asset Creation & Management:
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-quality marketing assets, including website content, brochures, presentations, videos, and social media graphics.
- Ensure that marketing materials align with the product’s positioning, messaging, and overall brand guidelines.
- Optimize marketing assets for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and web.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor the success of product marketing initiatives through KPIs, analyzing results to gauge campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct post-launch assessments to identify areas for improvement and inform future product marketing strategies.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE JOB:
- Normal office environment, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however these hours may be extended depending on travel and client commitments.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle to meet with clients and vendors.
- May be required to work on weekends and or public holidays.
