Product Development Executive

The Job entails designing and development of products from the aluminium profiles able to market, involves creativity, understanding of joinery and fabrication and cost effectiveness in developing the protocol product and converting to job production or process production of these products

Job Entails

1             Understanding the drawings with tolerances.

 2            Developing new products as per customer requirement

3             Following tools as per fabrication requirement

4         · Training the team after developing the new product for mass production

5             Making First Article Inspection Samples & Production Parts Approval Process sample for getting approval from customer or the higher up management

6             Studying the process for improving productivity and smooth production  

7             Suggest different types of tools to increase productivity

Requisite Skills

1. 4 M management skills (Manpower skills, Machine, Methods  and Materials)
2. Mechanical engineering with some understanding of Electrical knowledge
3. Creative thinking skills and Aesthetic of product of development
4. Team management and persistence
5. Should have worked in designing prototype modelling for 3 to 5 years in steel, wood or in aluminium products
6. Able to work individually and where necessary to get the contractors to finalise the products within stipulated time.
