About Us: KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is a dynamic delivery center operating from Kingston, providing back-office support to KPMG United States. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Third-Party Compliance Support Associate to join our Strategic Sourcing Procurement (SSP) team. This role is crucial to the overall effectiveness of our procurement operations team.


Job Summary: As a Third-Party Compliance Support Associate at KJESS, you will work closely with client compliance service delivery teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and protect firm confidential information. You will be the key point of contact and liaison between our customers, suppliers, and the Office of General Counsel for every assigned agreement. This role requires a hands-on self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of detail, and a drive for results.


Key Responsibilities:

• Master the nuances of executing NDAs with third parties.
• ​Act promptly on business requests and engage in supplier negotiations to drive the usage of standard KPMG business templates.
• ​Conduct weekly reviews with Senior Associates, Managers, Clients, and Team Leaders to review progress and address outstanding agreements/requests.
• ​Conduct timely root cause discussions and report findings and remedial actions.
• ​Track, document, monitor, and report on the transition of all pending requests.
• ​Escalate problems or bottlenecks to the JESS Manager, Senior Associate, Stakeholders, or business partners and follow up until resolved.
• ​Collaborate with multiple teams across the Firm to accelerate the completion of processes outside of SSP control.
• ​Identify continuous improvement opportunities that reduce cycle times without significantly increasing risk exposure for the firm.
• ​Provide comprehensive notifications to stakeholders upon completion of compliance reviews.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ​Minimum of two years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Compliance, or Contracting roles.
