A Processing Administrator’s primary role is to provide support to the leadership of the Poultry Processing Plant. The Processing Administrator works to ensure the office operations work efficiently.
A Processing Administrator’s primary role is to provide support to the leadership of the Poultry Processing Plant. The Processing Administrator works to ensure the office operations work efficiently.
Main Function:
· Providing administrative support to the Poultry Processing Manager, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and responding to emails.
· Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
· Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
· Maintaining and updating records, databases, and spreadsheets as needed.
· Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
· Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
· Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
· Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the Poultry Processing Manager and other team members.
· Handling confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
