As a Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems and fixtures within our resort.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and water heaters, to identify leaks, blockages, or other issues.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and diagnose the root cause of issues to determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Repair or replace damaged or faulty plumbing components, such as faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, and water lines.
• Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment according to building codes, blueprints, and specifications.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, such as leaks, floods, and sewage backups, to minimize damage and disruption.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Inspect and test plumbing equipment, including pumps, water heaters, and pressure regulators, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of plumbing maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for documentation and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

Valid plumber's license or certification

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
