The Plant Attendant provides services in the LPG production plant which may include washing, painting, decanting, devalving and operating the cylinder filling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Plant Attendant – Montego Bay

The Plant Attendant provides services in the LPG production plant which may include washing, painting, decanting, devalving and operating the cylinder filling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating cylinder filling equipment and machinery to produce products to the required standard and quality.
• Understanding and applying all required safety protocols of the Company.
• Washing/painting cylinders to ensure they are clean and ready for the processing flow.
• Undertaking decanting and devalving processes and procedures to ensure cylinders are free of residual gas and valve integrity is maintained.
• Carrying out inspection of cylinders throughout each stage of the cylinder process to ensure standards are maintained.

The successful candidate should have:

• Vocational training certification in related field
• School leaving certificate
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols
• Team oriented
