Lab Medica Services Ltd seeks a Physician Account Executive to build relationships with doctors in Trinidad, promote lab services, and secure long-term clients. Responsibilities include client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth through strategic sales and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Physician Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target physicians, specialists, and medical practices across Trinidad.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to introduce Lab Medica’s services.
• Persuade doctors to use our laboratory for all medical testing needs.
• Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and track progress towards sales targets.
Relationship Management & Client Retention:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing physician clients.
• Provide ongoing support and problem resolution to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Deliver regular updates and feedback on new tests, technology, and lab improvements.
Sales & Performance Tracking:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by consistently growing the physician client base.
• Track all sales activities, physician engagements, and conversion rates in a CRM or reporting
system.
• Provide weekly reports on sales performance and client feedback.
• Work closely with Lab Operations and Customer Service Teams to ensure seamless service
delivery.
Market Intelligence & Business Growth:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and physician needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to improve service offerings.
• Represent Lab Medica at medical conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in
healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
✅ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive physician conversions.
✅ Ability to build long-term relationships and provide ongoing client support.
✅ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a sales territory effectively.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
✅ Must have a working vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
