Pharmaco Industries Limited, founded in1991 with its headquarters in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies, is a privately- held Limited Liability Company. The Company is governed by a Board of Directors who supervise a group of departmental managers for a total of 30 full time and additional contract and part-time employees. We specialize in distribution and marketing of a variety of products for the healthcare markets of the Caribbean and related countries.

Pharmaco’s marketing focus has been on delivering a high-quality product mix both to the niche medical/hospital verticals and to the general pharmacy trade both in Trinidad and Tobago and into most of the other countries in the Caribbean. As a result of Pharmaco’s knowledge and expertise in a number of specialty areas in the medical/hospital market segment, the company has been awarded major government contracts for the provision of products into the health care sector in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Guyana and throughout the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States.

The company is well established as a leader in marketing a number of premier international brands which has allowed the crossover into the Supermarket and general trade. This has been made possible due to an extensive network established through our distribution partners and reaching over 4,000 retail outlets.

In 2004, Pharmaco seized an important opportunity to develop a home diagnostic system for blood glucose monitoring for diabetes by partnering with a highly innovative design company. Pharmaco now owns its own brand “easi-check”, which was successfully launched in Trinidad and Tobago and many registered markets. Pharmaco will now be making “easi-check” available in Latin America.
