A pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of pharmaceutical products to connect with clients and generate sales across assigned territories. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
  • Tailor sales presentations to the type of client and trade environment.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets within established timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for clients to provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports, including daily call reports and territory analyses.
  • Liaise with the credit and collections unit to address client queries regarding payments.
  • Monitor and collect overdue payments, ensuring adherence to credit limits and terms.
  • Visit pharmacies and doctors in the assigned territory weekly.
  • Stay informed about competitor activity and provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar field.
  • Access to a reliable, registered, and insured motor vehicle, along with a valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and possessing excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
