Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for building brand visibility and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Visit assigned customers regularly
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Submit customer orders
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
• Assist with customer delivery when needed
• Collect relevant payments on account
• Participate in coordinated sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities
• Continuously improve through feedback
