Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete operations of the People Experience Department including the HR Help Desk.
  • Train, manage and motivate a high performing team of People Experience Executives that offer exceptional service to employees.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose and strategy of the business to design and implement a sustainable people support strategy.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with key departments and team members to facilitate good collaboration and workflows.
  • Build and execute an employee lifecycle strategy that focuses on building positive experiences for employees at each level.
  • Develop a communication strategy to keep employees informed of vital company information while also keeping employees engaged in a positive way to boost employee morale.
  • Develop an employee feedback system which provides data and key insight into the various employee issues. Insight from the data should be backed with recommendations and actionable strategies to improve processes and systems to correct persistent employee problems.
  • Ensure that there is optimal coordination, tracking and documentation of employee problems in a timely manner from end-to-end.
  • Work closely with the HR leadership team to develop and execute an onboarding process that enhances new employee experiences.
  • Provide recommendations on how internal processes can be optimized or revamped to improve employee experiences.
  • Work closely with Management and the Marketing Department to develop campaigns and activities which will enhance employee morale.
  • Submit relevant reports to Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Customer Service or Human Resource Management.
  • Have natural passion and disposition for customer service and managing people.
  • Must have a driver’s license and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and possess ability to work on own initiative.
