Paymaster was founded by Miss Audrey Marks and commenced operations on April 1995, as Jamaica's first "one stop shop" multi-transaction agency, with one client company and two service locations, providing next day account updating as our service commitment to customers. Today, the company has over 200 physical locations in Jamaica and the country's first e-commerce website, which is extremely p[opular with the Jamaican diaspora who want to pay their own or their families bills back home. Paymaster processes payments on behalf of over 100 billers. This explosive growth in the number of client companies and locations stems from the company's use of leading edge technology and low cost service centres.

Since inception, Paymaster has developed a reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of revenue collection, fund disbursements, and information processing and dissemination for our client companies, customers and sub-agents. The company is able to offer this high level of service because the latest technology is utilized to promote efficient and effective customer interactions which facilitate the consistent execution of each transaction.
