Starting Rate: $550 JMD/hour

Job Summary:
Cosan is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Enrollment Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping them understand and enroll in our care management programs. You will provide guidance throughout the enrollment process and offer continued support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients about Cosan’s care management programs

• Guide patients through the enrollment process with empathy and clarity

• Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure exceptional patient support

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications – Required:

• A minimum of three (3) CXC passes or equivalent, High School Diploma/GED, or a combination of experience and related skills

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales

• Proficiency using basic computer tools and navigating between applications

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service practices, with strong reading and writing skills
