We are looking for skilled and passionate Pastry Cook 2 and Pastry Cook 3 to join our team
Pastry Cook 3:
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a pastry kitchen (1-2 years preferred)
Knowledge of pastry production techniques and procedures
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education a plus
Vaild Food Handlers
Skills:
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation
Time management skills to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Pastry Cook 2:
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in a pastry kitchen (3+ years preferred)
Proven experience creating specialty desserts and complex pastries
Leadership experience or ability to supervise junior staff
Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred
Strong knowledge of ingredient handling, storage, and food safety
Vaild Food Handlers
Skills:
Advanced pastry techniques, including decoration and plating
Ability to develop and implement new recipes and menus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to train and mentor junior staff
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
