Location: Woodbrook
To be able to work with dough in the forming and rolling of donuts and cutting out donuts.
To be able to use piping bags to fill, and an eye for detail in decorating.
To be able to make creams, understand the use of ingredients and the need to be accurate in measuring at all times.
Experience in this roll is a must.
