Job Specification

To provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients whilst capturing their excursion exploits digitally.

To offer the digital images/videos of the client’s excursion for sale in a clean, open and professional manner.

To ensure that the clients are not forced into neither a purchase nor that have they not received value for money.

Education and Experience

• Three CXC/ CSEC including English, Mathematics and any other.
• One year Photography experience
• Must be computer literate

Specialized knowledge, skills and abilities

• Must be a good team player
• Knowledge of computer
• Knowledge of graphic and word-processing software
• Knowledge of cameras
• Ability to create, capture or duplicate unique experiences for our clients
• Good verbal, oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedure
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle complaint and resolve issues
• High Professional & ethical standards
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
• Must have the physical ability to traverse the outdoors and to lift/carry photography equipment.

Special Conditions associated with the job

• Will be required to work in outdoor environment
• May be required to work beyond standard hours
• May be required to work  at multiple locations.

Reports to:

Directly                            -             Location Manager and or Team Lead

Indirectly                         -             On Property Revenue Manager

Liaises with:

Internally                        -             Managers, Teams Leads, Administrators and IT Personnel.       

Externally                        -             Clients.

Duties and Responsibilities: Photographer (these may change at any time as determined by the Photo Desk Manager):

• Meet and interact with the clients prior to start of the tour.
• Promote the Photo Desk to all clients onsite on any given day.
• Travel with the clients on their Excursion/Tour and take pictures/videos of the individual clients doing their excursion.
• Prepare and upload all digital imagery of clients to kiosk and website.
• Encourage the clients to view the photos/video after they have completed their tours.
• Ensure that you assist in promoting all tours pictures/videos
• Assist in showing and selling Digital images/videos of all tours even if you weren’t the photographer on that tour.
