The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and processing of payrolls, payroll reconciliation, monthly statutory contribution and online banking transaction as well as petty cash analysis/deduction.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and processing of payrolls, payroll reconciliation, monthly statutory contribution and online banking transaction as well as petty cash analysis/deduction.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· First Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or AAT Level II
· A minimum of three years accounting/payroll experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Post pre-recorded data from time sheet as well as payroll advisories and salary deductions in payroll system in a timely and error-free manner.
· Update payroll data/ system by executing appropriate corrections, additions and deletions in accordance with standard procedure.
· Update payroll system with all transactions done off the payroll and ensure the recovery of all salary advances by stipulated due dates.
· Prepares manual cheques for temporary employees; and updates payroll account cheque disbursement book accordingly.
· Liaise with the Human Resource Department to provide and or verify information and resolve employees pay leave entitlement and banking information.
· Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
· Prepares P45, P24, and related information for relevant statutory bodies; and letters for employees to relevant agencies; as well as verifies bank account numbers submitted by contract workers.
