Overnight Logistics Coordinator

Adlinc Business Services Limited, an outsourcing company providing 24/7/365 dispatch and delivery support across North America, seeks a detail-oriented Overnight Logistics Coordinator. This role ensures real-time coordination between drivers and customers, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

What You’ll Do

• Receive customer orders and efficiently assign them to available contract drivers in relevant North American cities.
• Utilize mapping and dispatch software to determine the most effective routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
• Resolve client queries, issues, and concerns related to dispatch, delivery, and other service offerings.
• Continuously track the progress of dispatched orders, addressing any delays or complications swiftly.
• Handle any post-delivery inquiries or issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, preferably in the logistics, courier, or BPO sectors.
• Familiarity with North American business etiquette and cultural nuances.
• Proficient in using computers, CRM software, dispatching software and tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, handle high-pressure situations, and make quick decisions.
• A proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overnight and weekends as required.
