This Organizational Development (OD) position will lead the ongoing development and management of iQor’s career and leadership development programs such as sQholars. They will also help develop the new career pathways for the expansion of the sQholar program to other job types.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior/Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related discipline from an accredited university. Associate Professional in Talent. Development (APTD) Certification a plus. Training and/or Coaching Experience – Certified Coach
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
