Overview: Join KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) as a Risk Management Operations Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in managing organizational and logistical tasks related to corporate information portals, team collaboration spaces, and event coordination. You will work closely with various stakeholders across Risk Management, Talent and Culture, Finance and Accounting, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.


Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:

• Maintain and update the annual schedule of Risk Management Partner in Charge activities.
• ​Design, create, and manage Risk Management portal pages for optimal user experience.
• ​Implement a standard governance process for Risk Management content.
• ​Enhance portal pages by creating a slide repository and analyzing portal metrics using Power BI.
• ​Manage Risk Management Teams channels and coordinate calls with the Events and Meetings team.
• ​Develop PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and meeting communications.
• ​Support leadership roadshows and maintain Risk Management branding templates.
• ​Collaborate with Chiefs of Staff to maintain organizational charts and manage the Operations Intake process.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience. Risk Management experience is a plus.
• ​Experience in portal, content management, knowledge management, meeting and event planning, or a similar administrative role.

Special Conditions:

• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ​Primarily working in a paperless environment using information systems.
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
