Functional responsibility for the accounting records and liaising with internal and external partners regarding Treasury and other related information.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
▪ First degree, preferably in accounting or related subject.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
▪ At least 2 years’ experience in a computerised accounting environment within the retail sector.
▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on MS Excel.
▪ Experience with Oracle Financials would be an asset.
▪ Strong organizational/coordination skills and excellent at time management.
▪ Analytical and problem –solving skills.
▪ Good interpersonal and communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Administration of Branch Floats.
▪ Investigation of queries and preparation of bank and health card related correspondence.
▪ Extraction and submission of information from Electronic Processing Interface as required.
▪ Reconciliation of remittance accounts.
▪ Any other tasks assigned that will assist in achieving the purpose stated above and or the company’s mission.
