About the Role:

As Operations Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. You will work closely with the Managing Director to maintain quality control, support human resource planning, interact with clients, manage cashier functions, and prepare essential business reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Perform cashier duties and handle sales transactions
  • Assist with HR tasks such as weekly scheduling, vacation, and sick leave planning
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales and expense reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Manage and respond to customer quotations within two business hours
  • Follow up on receivables and issue customer statements twice weekly
  • Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
  • Monitor company email and conduct daily follow-ups with clients
  • Execute basic procurement tasks to support operations
  • Support general administrative and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic math
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
