A dynamic and fast-paced organization is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer for a temporary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client records, conducting KYC checks, and supporting various operational processes.
🔹 Open and manage accounts
🔹 Process cambio and bond trades
🔹 Prepare letters for equity trades
🔹 Handle dividend receipts, circulation, and MMEP dividends
🔹 Generate reports and maintain transaction records
✔ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
✔ At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
✔ Strong data entry skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
✔ General knowledge of the financial services industry
