OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in business administration or related field. Undergraduate tertiary studies or qualification may be preferred. Specific industry experience preferred.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Review branch/departmental activity to ensure strong adherence to intra company privacy policies and confidentiality

  2. Review customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and growth

  3. Perform routine audit of store operations to maintain accuracy, compliance and integrity in daily front desk, cash drawer and lodgement activity.

  4. Perform routine audit and assessment of package modifications to eliminate waste, loss and inaccuracies.

  5. Perform routine audits of package inflows and outflows to assist with the protection of inventory.

  6. Provide general oversight of branch and departmental operations to ensure strict adherence to company policies and guidelines.

  7. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

  8. Making recommendations for procedural or operational improvements to enhance business growth.

  9. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

  10. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

  11. Adhering and exercising the company’s Terms of Services

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field.

  • Undergraduate tertiary studies or qualification may be preferred.

  • Specific industry experience preferred

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.

  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.

  • Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.

  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.

  • Strong time management and decision making skills.

  • Adaptability and accountability.
