As the Operations Manager at AMORY BAKERY, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all aspects of the bakery. You will oversee production, inventory management, quality control and customer service.
- Oversee daily bakery operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering ingredients and supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain quality control standards for all products, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Schedule and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, and front-of-house employees.
- Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance skills and promote a positive work environment.
- Analyze key performance indicators, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies for increasing revenue and expanding the customer base.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
