Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement 1-Year Fixed Term Contract

 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Consultant, Business Consultant or similar role
  • Experience in project management and business operations
  • Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BSc/BA in Business, Operations Management or a related field; MSc/MA is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assessment and Analysis

                     I. Observe and evaluate current practices in digital, flexo, plates, QC, bindery, and ink departments.

                     II. Conduct GAP analysis to identify inefficiencies, skill gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

                     III. Submit detailed GAP analysis reports, including actionable recommendations for production efficiency and supervisory skill development.

  1. Implementation and Monitoring

                      I.    Develop and implement approved recommendations in collaboration with management.

                      II.   Establish reporting structures and production schedules to track key performance metrics.

                      III.  Monitor progress of supervisors and provide updates on skill development.

  1. Quality and Efficiency Improvement

                      I.  Partner with external providers to design and implement improved quality control procedures.

                      II. Create and execute strategies to measure and reduce wastage, downtime, and inefficiencies.

  1. Reporting and Final Recommendations

                      I.  Develop and implement systems for tracking production metrics such as wastage, downtime, and efficiency.

                      II.  Submit regular updates and a final report summarizing outcomes, including recommendations for supervisor roles and performance.
