The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team by performing essential data entry and clean up tasks, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency during a critical project period.

Bpi GUYANA is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position in the Operations Division:

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Support export documentation processes and assist with the new warehouse project by accurately entering dimension data.
  • Update Unit of Measure, adjust Delivery Dates, modify Product Codes, and perform other related data maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain shipment trackers, gather lead-time information, manage emails, and update contact details.
  • Update item packaging descriptions and manage subclass data for entire BPI Group.
  • Participate in various weekly data entry and clean up projects to support ongoing operations.
  • Clean up old orders within our ERP system to maintain data integrity.
  • Enter, update, and maintain both our Supplier and Customer item numbers.
  • Maintain quality service by supporting the organization’s quality management system, vision and mission including adherence to ISO 9001:2008 controls and procedures.
  • Extract, summarize, and share our monthly forecasts.
  • Provide assistance and support to the Supply Chain team on urgent projects and tasks
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.

Qualification, Experience and Requirement: 

  • A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role will be an asset
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management Software will be an asset
  • Or relevant combination of training and experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • A valid Police Certificate of Good Character

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
