Operations Analyst (K-JESS)

​As an Operations Analyst, your insights will drive the evaluation of productivity, utilization, and other key metrics. You will ensure timely and consistent reporting, investigate data anomalies, and collaborate with both offshore and onshore teams to optimize processes.

Overview of the opportunity:

​As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating operational reports and scorecards for our Accounting Service Centre. Your insights will drive the evaluation of productivity, utilization, and other key metrics. You will ensure timely and consistent reporting, investigate data anomalies, and collaborate with both offshore and onshore teams to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize and analyze data
• Prepare and disseminate routine and ad hoc reports
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Investigate data anomalies and recommend solutions
• Collaborate to drive process improvements
• Serve as a point of contact for operational performance and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Operations Analysis or similar field
