Responsible for coordinating and implementing Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions throughout the company. He/She is also accountable for carrying out the objectives of the Company and report to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years’ experience in the above-mentioned or a similar role
- Minimum of 3 CXC O’ Level passes, including Mathematics and English
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment and IT Equipment will be an asset
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a detailed understanding of our products and services under each subsidiary and update
job knowledge with a consultative sales approach
- Produce strategic action plans, budgets and proper reports to exemplify all that has been achieved
- Analyze trends in the market, establish pricing strategies, monitor costs, evaluate competition and
assess market supply and demand
- Identify marketing opportunities and achieve marketing objectives by planning, developing,
implementing and evaluating advertising and promotional programs
- Achieve sales targets and project sales and profits volume for existing/new products and services
- Coordinate new product development and improve product marketability through research
- Conduct scheduled ‘on the road’ appointments, webinars, seminars and email campaigns with
potential clients for the purpose of marketing products, services and the business itself
- Work with the technical team to conduct demos and presentations involving products and
services
- Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems;
complete audits; determine system improvements and implement change
- Assist with any other tasks assigned or required by the CEO or management
