Role: Officer, Firmwide Costs (FWC) AR Collections

Overview of the opportunity:

The JESS Firmwide Costs (FWC) resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Accounts Receivables Collection team including, but not limited to follow-up of sundry invoices, processing adjustments, monitoring and responding to email queries, updating invoice with follow-up data and requesting additional support from the AR mailbox.

The JESS Officer – AR Collections reports primarily to the JESS Assistant Manager but will also take direction from other Accounts Receivable Collection Client team members who are accountable for supported work.
