North Location.
The Office Supervisor manages and coordinates the activities of the Office efficiently and profitably whilst capitalizing on available opportunities within the designated locations. These activities must be executed in accordance with SSS’ goals, policies and procedures thereby ensuring that set goals and objectives are achieved in compliance with corporate identity.
Report to: Team Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
-Degree in Business Management or a similar discipline with 3-5 years proven experience in a customer focused environment.
-Front facing customer experience skills to enhance the customer experience, communication, posture and patience is required.
-Working knowledge and experience in social media and digital marketing would be a definite asset.
-Computer literacy and experience in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize web-based systems.
-Valid T&T driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience.
-Ability to drive Manual Transmission will be an asset.
-A current Police Certificate of Character (the successful candidate must supply same to SSS every six (6) months)
-This position manages two (2) shifts per day 6:00am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm in keeping with the needs of the business.
