An emerging growth company located in Montego Bay is looking to recruit a qualified and competent Assistant Office Manager and Assistant to Managing Director.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Assistant Office Manager and Assistant to Managing Director, you will provide support to the Managing Director, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes Human Resource management and related issues, scheduling, contract management, preparing materials for meetings, and as well as participating in a wide range of special projects. As Assistant to Managing Director you will also perform, coordinate and oversee office-wide administrative duties while providing an executive level of support. This will enable the Managing Director and other members of the leadership team to work more efficiently and effectively to grow the organization.
