The Office Attendant maintains cleanliness in key areas, assists the MD's office, and provides relief to the Telephone Operator.

Job Summary:

The Office Attendant is responsible for providing cleaning and auxiliary services to the Bank by maintaining the kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms, boardroom, and conference room, ensuring they are always kept clean and tidy. The incumbent also provides assistance to the MD’s area as needed to facilitate meetings and provides relief to the Telephone Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs daily Cleaning of kitchens and kitchen equipment.
  • Daily monitoring and replenishing of Bathrooms, Kitchens and Meeting Room Supplies.
  • Provides table setting, serving, cleaning and other auxiliary services at Board Meetings, Consultant Presentations and other events.
  • Provides relief to the Telephone Operator.
  • Prepares requisition for ordering and replenishment of supplies in a timely manner.
  • Ensures First Aid Kits are adequately stocked at all times by monitoring, control and dispensation of Medical and First Aid Items.
  • Provides support in the capacity of Mail Document handler when required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education & Certification):

  • School Leaving Certificate.

 Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar position.

  • Pleasant disposition and a willingness to serve.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with Team Members, Management, Customers and Service Providers in a courteous, professional and mature manner.
