About the Role and the Person

The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, providing a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves managing front desk activities and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

The Office Administrator has the following core responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls as needed.
  • Manage and route incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and records managements, document preparation and document dispatch.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide information about the Company and its services.
  • Handle basic office supplies and inventory management.
  • Manage travel local and overseas travel arrangements.

 Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Experience and Profile:

  • Professional certification in office administration.
  • At least two years in a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanour.
