We are looking for a talented and vibrant professional to manage/oversee the development and execution of strategies to accelerate the growth of our OTC portfolio, in order to enhance brand awareness
Main duties and responsibilities
Monitor /review /strategize sales prices competitor activities and trends while developing appropriate strategies in response while seeking new business opportunities to drive innovation and excellence within the OTC portfolio to guarantee that each brand retains their competitive edge, respond to and pre-empt market changes, increase footfall and strengthen confidence in the “DRLJL price” and build brand loyalty to contribute to the success of the company.
Manage/Oversee communication of OTC marketing initiatives throughout all touchpoints, ensuring all stakeholders are fully aware of all upcoming promotions an events; ensure the company’s social marketing sites are updated with accurate information and current promotional offers
Formulate/ implement/manage promotional calendar, activities and media relations and advertisement; manage the production of locally produced promotional materials and availability of promotional materials (local and otherwise) and point of sale materials ensuring brand essence is consistent with the marketing strategies in consultation with the Country Head and other stakeholders, to ensure business maximization and ROI while building customer loyalty and conversion highest quality of accuracy, efficiency and alignment with the Company’s image and brand and ensure timely delivery for launches
Prepare/monitor monthly tracking of OTC brand strategy execution plan as per global and local marketing code as per company policy
Plan, Coordinate and implement all PR and store events, external events, sponsorships and production of all PR material; maintain customer databases of preferred and other customer segments to articulate business
