Collections Supervisor:

The Collection Supervisor is responsible to manage and coordinate the activities of Agents while at the same time overseeing activities related to collections and customer service. Apply to join our team of professional, trained, dynamic and talented leaders.

Essential Functions:

• Supervising Agents and ensuring they are meeting production goals, complying with company standards and federal collection laws, and generally performing their essential duties
• Documenting and communicating progress of Agents’ efforts to collect debts
• Speaking with customers who wish to speak with Supervisor and for approving, and allowing settlement and payment options
• Training employees on company policies and procedures
• Reviewing delinquent account records to determine customers to be contacted for collection of overdue accounts.
• Supervising and coordinating activities of employee engagement for the collection of overdue payments for charge accounts, credit card accounts, or loans from customers of clients.
• Assisting subordinates with collection activities in difficult cases

Requirements:

• Minimum Five (5) CXC subjects, including English Language
• Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in third party Collections.
• Must be self-driven and possess excellent Leadership and Communication skills
• Prior leadership experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Debt Recovery Laws and procedures
• Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans and strategies
• Excellent Negotiation and Sales Skills
• Familiarity with Debt Collection Laws
• Being able to work a flexible work schedule
