Telecommunications presales experience 2 years and mandatory Chinese proficiency

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Identify potential non-operator clients (Enterprises, Resellers, Government, ISPs, etc) and business opportunities in Jamaica, and take an active lead on behalf and Head quarter to create awareness of company's products and solutions.
  • Assist client with development of business cases for various solutions by providing vendor related information and case study information based on company’s global experience.
  • Provide business development for the sector by marketing and selling established and new products from company's enterprise portfolio.
  • Strategic planning with clients, providing guidance based on the telecommunication industry direction and Head quarter instructions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and HQ to introduce company’s products and services to clients via workshops in Jamaica.
  • Liase with relevant department internally and head quarter to ensure availability of resources internally to service the account requirement.
  • Constantly monitor the financial status of these accounts, including Purchase Order tracking, Invoice Submission, and payment collection. Generate and submit related status update reports weekly in HQ. 

Requirements:

  • Major in Electronic, Electrical, Computer Science or Telecom Engineering (with CREA) with bachelor degree or above;
  • More than 2 years relevant pre-sales experience in Telecommunication;
  • Thoughtful and Sensitive for Market opportunities;
  • Bilngual, fluency in English and Mandarin;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill;
